What you will do

• Define test structures, processes, and documentation standards for products and projects.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases tailored to specific business needs and use cases.
• Conduct end-to-end business testing and regression tests to ensure seamless system integration.
• Perform integration testing with third parties and manage the resolution of discovered defects.
• Coordinate bug fixing and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and test coordinators.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT counterparts, and eCommerce teams to align on acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a QA UAT Tester.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in test planning, execution, and reporting best practices.
• Proficiency with bug tracking systems and test management tools, ideally Azure DevOps Test Plans.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in Customer Master Data Management, CRM, and Loyalty Programs.
• Knowledge of test automation strategies and low-code test automation tools.
