TL;DR

Quality Assurance Analyst: Ensuring quality of mobile and web applications through manual testing with an accent on smoke and regression testing, bug identification, and cross-platform validation. Focus on executing test cases, using test management tools, and collaborating with developers and product teams to improve processes.

Location: Fully onsite position based at the Lisbon office. Open to support with relocation efforts.

What you will do

  • Perform smoke and regression testing for new releases and feature updates.
  • Execute manual test cases across web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs accurately.
  • Support bug triage by collaborating with developers and product teams.
  • Use test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray and project tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Validate functionality on different browsers and mobile devices using basic developer tools.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Around 1–3+ years of experience in manual software testing or similar QA role.
  • Solid understanding of testing concepts: smoke testing, regression testing, structured bug reporting.
  • Experience with at least one test management tool (TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray).
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Exposure to testing across browsers and mobile devices.
  • Basic understanding of browser developer tools.
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with mobile and web application testing best practices.
  • Experience executing detailed test cases and maintaining documentation.
  • Experience with bug reporting and triage discussions.
  • Basic familiarity with JSON structures and HTML.
