TL;DR
Quality Assurance Analyst (AI) (Manual Testing): Validating mobile and web applications through smoke testing, regression testing, structured test cases, and cross-browser and device checks with an accent on release quality, bug documentation, and usability. Focus on executing manual tests, supporting bug triage, managing test cases in TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray, and troubleshooting with browser developer tools.
Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.
Compensation: €20K–€25K annually.

What you will do
- Perform smoke and regression testing for releases and feature updates.
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately.
- Support bug triage with developers, product managers, and product teams.
- Manage test cases using TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray and track issues in Jira or Asana.
- Validate functionality across browsers and mobile devices while using browser developer tools for troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in manual software testing or a similar QA role.
- Understanding of smoke testing, regression testing, and structured bug reporting.
- Experience with at least one test management tool, such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Experience testing across different browsers and mobile devices.
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with mobile and web application testing best practices.
- Experience maintaining detailed test cases and documentation.
- Experience participating in bug triage discussions.
- Basic familiarity with JSON structures and HTML.
