What you will do

• Own the month-end close, including journals, accruals, and prepayments.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, flash reports, and KPI reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong financial control.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns and support audit requirements.
• Support the payroll process as required.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA) or studying towards qualification.
• Relevant accounting experience within a similar environment.
• Strong Excel skills with high attention to detail.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and confident working with internal stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Blyth, UK.
