Assistant Management Accountant (Italian Speaking)

Location: Hybrid (3 days from home), based in Manchester City Centre

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial postings and activities for the Italian part of the business.
• Perform month-end related postings, including accruals and prepayments.
• Handle daily bank statements and post transactions to the finance system.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and produce VAT declarations.
• Manage customer payment statements and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs while responding to stakeholder queries.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in transactional finance.
• Experience assisting with management accounts.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Manchester City Centre.
