Mechanical Technician

What you will do

• Assemble and disassemble machines, sub-assemblies, and mechanical components
• Read mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation
• Build and align mechanical assemblies and complete inspection/handling systems
• Perform functional and quality tests according to procedures and standards
• Identify and resolve issues in design documentation
• Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance domestically and internationally
• Train customer personnel and provide technical advice during service

Requirements

• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
• Completed vocational training as industrial mechanic, mechatronics, or mechanical technician
• Practical experience in mechanical assembly and system installation, ideally in special-purpose machinery
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring tools
• Basic experience with MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in-house
