What you will do

• Oversee all regional production activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and brand identity.
• Develop and implement production strategies with regional managers, evaluating feasibility, risks, and market trends.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and logistics for multiple events from pre-production to wrap-up.
• Lead regional production teams, provide mentorship, performance feedback, and handle budget trade-offs.
• Collaborate with technical, creative, marketing, and finance teams for seamless operations.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues, monitor trends, and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership in live events, immersive experiences, or attractions with end-to-end production accountability.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-market teams and complex event portfolios.
• Proven financial acumen, vendor negotiation, and multi-million-euro budget management.
• Extensive network of vendors and freelance talent.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally across time zones.
• Strong leadership, communication, and solution-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments.
