What you will do
- Oversee all regional production activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and brand identity.
- Develop and implement production strategies with regional managers, evaluating feasibility, risks, and market trends.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and logistics for multiple events from pre-production to wrap-up.
- Lead regional production teams, provide mentorship, performance feedback, and handle budget trade-offs.
- Collaborate with technical, creative, marketing, and finance teams for seamless operations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues, monitor trends, and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership in live events, immersive experiences, or attractions with end-to-end production accountability.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-market teams and complex event portfolios.
- Proven financial acumen, vendor negotiation, and multi-million-euro budget management.
- Extensive network of vendors and freelance talent.
- Fluency in English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally across time zones.
- Strong leadership, communication, and solution-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments.
