Salary: $142,400 - $213,600 USD

What you will do
- Lead creation of integrated cross-functional project schedules with work breakdown, activity estimation, and dependency mapping.
- Perform advanced schedule analysis including critical path, near-critical path, and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Proactively communicate risks, conflicts, and deadlines to teams and stakeholders; drive schedule recovery and re-planning.
- Partner with leads to maintain program milestones and interdependencies; support lifecycle management of products.
- Monitor budgets, performance, and status; provide actionable reporting and develop tracking tools for risks and issues.
- Promote best practices in cost, schedule, and resource tracking; support phase gate reviews and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical field + 7 years experience, Master's + 5 years, or PhD + 3 years.
- Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire (sponsorship for Principal roles where expertise aligns).
- Experience leading project execution, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration in product development.
- Strong skills in risk identification, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to prepare status reports and drive interventions for timelines and budgets.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Knowledge of medical device product development processes.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies.
- Understanding of COTS mobile devices and technologies.
