What you will do

• Lead scientific research to enable manufacture of innovative device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications for semiconductor processes.
• Develop hirify.globallectual property and integrate individual steps for complex microprocessor production.
• Ramp technology to manufacturing volumes and transfer to production teams using Copy Exactly Methodology.

Requirements

• Located in US, Oregon, Hillsboro (hybrid model requires on-site time)
• Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related semiconductor field.
• 20+ years experience in semiconductor industry
• Experience in semiconductor processing, fabrication, or nanotechnology (DOE, SPC, computational data skills).
• 5+ years in lithography track development
• 5+ years in lithography track maintenance
• Advanced characterization: proficient in cross-section SEM sample preparation and imaging.
