What you will do

• Conduct high-quality FEA simulations and design optimization for the next generation of collaborative robots.
• Translate complex simulation results into clear, actionable insights for engineers and stakeholders.
• Create simulation workflows, best practices, and powerful tools for design and simulation teams.
• Perform advanced fatigue and static strength assessments to ensure product robustness and reliability.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering to define materials, load cases, and validation strategies.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid experience with FEA, including static, dynamics, multibody, modal, fatigue, fracture, and Multiphysics.
• Proficiency with ANSYS and scripting (Python, APDL, MATLAB).
• Knowledge of robust design methods such as FMEA, DFM, and DFA.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
• English: Fluency is a must.
