What you will do

• Build complex structural and multi-physics models from geometry clean-up and meshing to post-processing.
• Develop robust parametric CAD models (NX/CATIA) and automate simulation pipelines using scripting.
• Collaborate with customers on-site to solve complex engineering challenges through advanced FEA and AI solutions.
• Generate high-quality simulation datasets for training Machine/Deep Learning models.
• Optimize simulation performance using cloud platforms (Flux) and HPC resources.
• Document technical reports and processes for the shared knowledge base.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• 1-2 years of industry experience post-Masters or PhD in a commercial environment.
• Expertise in structural mechanics, materials science, and proficiency in NASTRAN, ABAQUS, or ANSYS Mechanical.
• Proficiency in parametric CAD modelling (NX or CATIA) and Python.
• Ability to travel domestically and globally up to 3-4 weeks per quarter.

Nice to have

• Experience with open-source FEA tools (CalculiX, FEniCS) or explicit dynamics (LS-DYNA, Abaqus/Explicit).
• Familiarity with turbomachinery analysis, gas turbines, or aircraft structural sizing.
• Background in composite materials analysis, damage tolerance, and fracture mechanics.
• Experience with multidisciplinary optimization (MDO).
