What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all phases of the software project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, costs, and resource allocation.
• Lead technical teams and facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and report project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal software development and quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience managing software development projects (e.g., as a Scrum Master or Product Owner).
• Knowledge of embedded software development.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jazz, Git, and DOORS.
• Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams.
• Experience in the automotive industry (preferred).

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, Safety, Cybersecurity, and AUTOSAR.
