What you will do

• Plan and manage strategic serial production projects within the plant, including production changes, iPCO, and PPI initiatives.
• Ensure successful project implementation to achieve objectives related to profitability, costs, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate project teams, clients, and internal/external stakeholders regarding production capacities.
• Manage simplified project budgets and report status, changes, and deviations to superiors.
• Create and maintain production project plans, monitoring delivery deadlines and indexation.
• Oversee project relocations to other sites and coordinate initial capacity planning and investments.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in project management or team leadership roles.
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of quality standards and tools such as ISO, IATF, and VDA.
• Understanding of production processes and continuous process improvement.
