hirify.global is a fintech company running paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

What you will do

  • Monitor global fintech competitors and emerging TikTok and Reels trends.
  • Build a reference library and share a weekly creative trends digest.
  • Develop UGC video concepts and write scripts for the Mexican market.
  • Assign scripts to creators based on performance history and manage the production tracker.
  • Generate ad variants with AI video and voice tools.
  • Analyze creative performance, spend, and CPA to improve future scripts.

Requirements

  • Strong creativity and the ability to generate advertising ideas.
  • Comfort working with performance data, spend, and CPA metrics.
  • Native Spanish for creating scripts for the Mexican market.
  • Basic to intermediate English for internal communication.
  • Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools such as Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Runway, ElevenLabs, or Midjourney.
