Retail Media Search Account Executive

Location: Mexico City, Mexico. The role starts fully remote and transitions to a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Mexico City office once the new space is established.

What you will do

• Execute paid search and retail media campaigns using established strategies and guidance from senior team members.
• Set up campaign structures, keyword organization, tagging, budget pacing, and reporting configurations.
• Track KPIs, maintain dashboards, compile weekly and monthly reports, and flag performance issues.
• Support client account management, onboarding, training materials, meetings, communications, and deliverables.
• Perform campaign quality assurance, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support campaign delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, advertising, or a related field; internship experience is considered.
• Foundational understanding of paid search and digital marketing concepts.
• Basic analytical skills and the ability to work with structured datasets.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and deadline management.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal, are required.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
