Lead, Email Marketing

What you will do

• Produce global email campaigns for members, prospects, and brokers by updating HTML, links, images, and templates.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, assets, targeting, tracking parameters, approvals, and production deadlines with stakeholders.
• Identify and execute A/B tests for subject lines, calls to action, personalization, messaging, and conversion performance.
• Manage the production queue, campaign quality reviews, risks, and team capacity across cross-functional partners.
• Develop and manage content for global digital in-building screens, including JIRA intake, creative templates, and screen uploads.
• Maintain production and performance documentation covering templates, offers, and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of email marketing experience.
• Required experience with HTML and CSS, email KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written English and fluent Spanish are required.
• Experience with A/B testing, email optimization, data analysis, and conversion or engagement improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.
• Previous project management or operations experience.
