What you will do

• Manage and optimize the global OEM component portfolio for Electrical and Automation throughout its lifecycle.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategies in collaboration with Supplier Management and internal stakeholders.
• Drive the standardization and deployment of components across Packaging, Processing, and Services businesses.
• Lead technical dialogues with suppliers regarding specifications and quality improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver internal product trainings.
• Ensure all components comply with legal requirements and hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in Electrical and Automation systems.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and professional networking.
• Fluent English language knowledge (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience in technical product management and long-term portfolio development.
• Experience in data and analytics for product management.
