What you will do

  • Translate product strategy into clear initiatives and priorities guiding development across teams
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Management
  • Drive alignment and coordination across multiple teams, managing dependencies
  • Act as link between Product Management, development teams, and customers
  • Make prioritization decisions balancing business value, customer needs, and technical constraints
  • Monitor competition and market, support sales with domain knowledge

Requirements

  • Solid experience as Product Owner or similar in software development
  • Solid understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery
  • Strong ability to structure complex problems into actionable work
  • Proven experience in multi-team and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Structured prioritization and planning approach
  • Strong communication skills across roles and backgrounds
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex domains
  • Good written and verbal English, plus Norwegian or Swedish
