What you will do

• Bring structure and momentum to complex case management across decentralized organizations, local processes, and legacy systems.
• Own product direction for AI-powered automation, turning operational needs into priorities and scalable solutions.
• Build deep domain knowledge of case handling workflows, pain points, and variations to ensure trusted user adoption.
• Bridge AI engineers, operations, domain experts, and stakeholders, translating technical possibilities into business value.
• Drive roadmap alignment, prioritization, and delivery, balancing value, constraints, and long-term evolution.
• Ensure end-to-end adoption and impact through discovery, rollout, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• 5+ years as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product leadership role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-driven services
• Thrive in complexity and ambiguity, bringing structure and progress to undefined situations
• Curious about operational workflows, with ability to immerse in domain details
• Strong communicator across functions, data-driven decision maker comfortable with trade-offs
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focused on outcomes and adoption

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI, ML, or data-driven product teams
• Experience in PropTech or service industry
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
