What you will do

• Contribute to the solution of faults and take necessary initiatives to ensure zero repeat.
• Manage New Product Introduction by applying knowledge in product or process development projects.
• Collect and evaluate data and contribute to or produce partial designs.
• Maintain and validate up-to-date procedures and processes for factory execution.
• Analyze the production process, point out structural problems, and suggest improvements.
• Coach operators and educate less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical domain (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics).
• Solid experience in a technical production or equivalent working and thinking level.
