Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support the assembly and testing of qualified modules and submodules into complete systems.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) by improving manufacturability during the design phase.
• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement structural improvements.
• Provide 2nd line technical support and solve complex faults to ensure zero repeat issues.
• Maintain and validate technical procedures, work preparation, and process blueprints.
• Coach operators and educate colleagues on technical content and process workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical domain such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or physics.
• Solid experience in a technical production environment.
• Ability to work independently based on established procedures and managerial review.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical uncertainties.
• Must be based in Beijing, China.
