What you will do
- Design and develop innovative vacuum engineering products and solutions for customer and industry needs.
- Apply scientific and engineering standards across research, design, quality, and safety activities.
- Monitor product development against technical, functional, cost, and timing targets.
- Analyze quality and safety test results and translate industry developments into product opportunities.
- Support product-development business plans and budgets.
- Plan resources, schedule work, and supervise and motivate project team members.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in rotating machinery, oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps, mechanical booster pumps, or related technical fields.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Practical experience with experimental techniques, FMEA, reliability testing, product design, and new-product introduction.
- Basic electrical knowledge is beneficial.
- Ability to plan and allocate resources and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site at the Qingdao, China office.
