What you will do

• Support data analysis efforts within the Total Rewards and International Mobility Team.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Macros for complex data processing.
• Implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Design and create data dashboards for internal reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize digital HR processes.

Requirements

• Technical background, preferably in Computer Science.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and deep knowledge of Macros.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate.
• Ability to design and create data dashboards.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Delft, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qlik.
