What you will do

• Provide direct support and guidance to employees, HR groups, and company management.
• Manage HR transactions, including new-hire onboarding, performance evaluations, benefits, and employee departures.
• Relay information on HR policies and payroll to ensure customer satisfaction and response accuracy.
• Take ownership of complex cases and provide resolutions for employee queries.
• Mentor junior colleagues through training and coaching.
• Drive HR processes and maintain the company knowledge base as a focal point of expertise.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources function.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• English language is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Szekesfehervar, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
• Fluency in German.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
