What you will do

• Provide daily administrative support to the HR department to ensure effective functioning of internal processes.
• Manage and maintain employee personal files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Perform SAP HR data management, including data entry, updates, and validation of data accuracy.
• Create and manage legal and functional documentation related to global mobility.
• Participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of HR administrative procedures.

Requirements

• Degree or technical education in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the administrative area of Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
• English: Good written and spoken knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Viana do Castelo, Portugal.
