What you will do

• Manage and archive employee personnel files in accordance with Polish legal requirements.
• Prepare employment contracts, annexes, terminations, and employment certificates.
• Handle ZUS registrations/de-registrations via PUE and manage leave records (e-ZLA) for payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with PPK, PFRON, GUS, and occupational health and safety (BHP) regulations.
• Advise employees on labor law inquiries and support the HR Business Partner in daily operations.
• Support on-boarding, off-boarding, and HR digitalization projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Professional experience in HR administration (kadry) with expertise in ZUS and PUE.
• English and Polish proficiency: C1 level or above required.
• In-depth knowledge of the Polish Labour Code and "Kadry" certification.
• Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Enova) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kraków.
