What you will do
- Act as the subject matter expert on mobile core performance to improve rNPS and achieve marketing claims.
- Lead the analysis of mobile core network performance deviations that impact customer experience and benchmarking results.
- Conduct E2E trace analysis of critical customer and network issues to identify root causes and drive resolution.
- Provide regular mobile core network performance reporting and technical insights to the wider Networks department.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior analysts and reporting teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Support mobile network benchmarking and supplier performance initiatives from an end-to-end perspective.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Core network architecture and performance monitoring.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile technologies: 2G (GSM), 3G (UMTS), 4G (LTE), and 5G NR, specifically IMS, MMEs, and GiLAN chains.
- Expertise in mobile core optimization techniques, including TCP Optimization and traffic shaping.
- Strong knowledge of mobile performance KPIs (CSSR, DCR, throughput, latency) and their correlation with rNPS.
- Ability to translate complex technical models into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and guiding analysts in analytical best practices and model development.
