What you will do

• Take technical ownership of vision systems for OB trucks and flypack projects from design to delivery.
• Configure, test, and support cameras, CCUs, vision mixers, multiviewers, routers, and tally systems in SDI and IP workflows.
• Design SMPTE ST 2110 production environments including PTP timing, multicast flows, and network resilience.
• Integrate vision systems with replay, audio, comms, and media systems; configure broadcast control panels and monitoring tools.
• Provide on-site support as Guarantee Vision Engineer during live broadcasts, handling fault-finding and escalations.
• Contribute to evolving vision and IP architectures, mentor juniors, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Vision Engineer or Guarantee Vision Engineer in outside broadcast or live environments.
• Strong knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110, IP production systems, network architecture, multicast, and PTP.
• Experience with network switches in broadcast IP systems and SDI vision systems/hybrid workflows.
• Background in broadcast control systems, system integration, and fault-finding under pressure.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and documentation skills.
