What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end interviews for technical and senior-level roles (Head, Director+).
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
• Advise employees and managers on growth and development.
• Drive internal change initiatives, including new systems and policies.
• Ensure operational compliance with labor laws and manage audits across EMEA, APAC, and US.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance candidate sourcing and screening.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR in a senior/leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of compliance (DBS, GDPR, right to work).
• Experience operating in intense startup/scale-up environments.
• Ability to drive topics independently with minimal oversight.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Makati office (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• CIPD Level 5 or relevant HR qualification.
• Knowledge of US and UK employment labor laws.
• Experience with remote teams and software development industry.
