What you will do

• Process and book incoming invoices for key entities using the DOKKA digitalization tool.
• Manage employee expense claims and prepare weekly payment runs for approval.
• Perform daily bank transactions and regular reconciliations using SAP Business One.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Prepare documentation and reconciliations for VAT declarations and global reporting packages.
• Ensure financial integrity by serving as a critical second check on transactions and reports.

Requirements

• MBO degree (level 4) or higher in a Financial or Administrative field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a bookkeeping or financial administration role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; proficiency with SAP Business One is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English (corporate language) is required.
