What you will do

• Review and carry out detailed inspections of incoming goods invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve differences and ambiguities with German- and English-speaking suppliers and carriers.
• Handle specific queries relating to sales and accounting promptly.
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Replenishment, Logistics, and Accounting departments.
• Support the processing and resolution of complaints.
• Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end closings for financial reporting.

Requirements

• Completed business or commercial education, or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in commercial roles, business administration, or auditing, ideally within e-commerce.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern communication tools.
• Precise, proactive, and solution-oriented work style with excellent numeracy skills.
• Must be based in Vienna, Austria for a hybrid work setup.
