What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact technical and product problems.
• Design and guide scalable backend and data systems.
• Own architectural decisions across data, services, and system boundaries.
• Ensure system efficiency, reliability, and scalability under real-world conditions.
• Lead execution through influence and delegate effectively to scale impact.
• Partner with Product to ensure technical work drives business outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in relational databases (SQL), including query optimization, indexing, and concurrency control.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, message brokers, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of frontend development with React.
• Ability to lead through clarity and reasoning rather than authority.
• Must be based in the listed EMEA countries.
