What you will do

• Own technical architecture across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI integration
• Write code daily to build critical systems
• Make stack and design decisions shaping the product long-term
• Set standards for code quality, testing, and engineering discipline
• Integrate LLMs and AI workflows deeply into the platform
• Work directly with founders on product direction and technical roadmap
• Mentor and guide other developers technically

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript with production systems experience
• Deep Node.js backend experience
• Solid React frontend experience
• Production-grade real-time voice and telephony systems
• SQL and database design
• Experience with TypeORM, Zod, or similar
• Full-stack architecture reasoning
• Building with or integrating LLMs and AI systems
• Based in Argentina or Uruguay

Nice to have

• Experience at early-stage startups
• DevOps and infrastructure experience
• Background in conversational AI or workflow automation
