Senior Fullstack Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Node.js/TypeScript): Architecting, designing, developing, and deploying backend and frontend systems for hirify.global's mobility platform with an accent on complex algorithms for demand prediction, real-time pricing, routing, fraud detection, and distributed systems. Focus on building scalable services, API design, database optimization, and solving technical challenges under high load.

Location: Tallinn, Estonia (hybrid with minimum 2 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Design and build backend and frontend systems using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proactively fix bugs, solve technical challenges, and pay attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas to the product development roadmap.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and support colleagues.

Requirements

• Good English and communication skills
• Experience in JavaScript and Node.js, C++, Java, or any OO language
• Knowledge of major frontend frameworks and experience with API design/development
• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar
• 4+ years in software development
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
