What you will do

• Own the technical vision for internal application frameworks in server-side and client-side JavaScript/Node.js.
• Define and evolve front-end architecture using React, Next.js, SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering patterns.
• Build and maintain core platform components in JavaScript/TypeScript for fast, safe product delivery.
• Champion architecture standards, review RFCs, and enforce observability, security, and performance practices.
• Mentor engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and product teams to align roadmaps and manage technical debt.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years building large-scale backend/platform systems with deep JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency; Java experience a plus.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js), SSR, SSG, and client/server patterns.
• Good communication skills in English; articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven cloud-native architectures on AWS (EKS, DynamoDB); containerization, orchestration, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD).
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS), REST APIs, observability, agile, and security.
• Experience creating reusable SDKs, libraries, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience with AI-driven tooling: leveraging AI/ML and generative AI for development workflows, code generation, testing, and efficiency.
