VP of Ecosystem Growth (Crypto)

Location: Brazil; remote role for a Brazil-based leader

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s growth and market development in Brazil and serve as the senior accountable local leader.
• Drive USDC adoption across exchanges, banks, fintechs, payments, treasury, and institutional financial use cases.
• Build and convert partnerships with banks, fintechs, PSPs, neobanks, exchanges, and enterprise customers.
• Represent hirify.global with regulators, financial institutions, enterprises, and other market stakeholders.
• Shape the local regulatory and market-entry strategy in partnership with Policy, Legal, and Compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and use performance data to grow USDC market share.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• 14+ years of relevant experience and senior leadership experience in fintech, payments, crypto, financial infrastructure, banking, FX, or capital markets.
• Strong credibility with regulators, especially Brazil’s Central Bank, and the ability to meet fit-and-proper requirements.
• Proven record of driving growth, revenue, transaction volume, or market share in regulated financial businesses.
• Strong network across Brazil’s banking, payments, fintech, crypto, and broader financial ecosystem.
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development.

Nice to have

• Experience as a country head or senior leader in fintech, banking, FX, capital markets, or financial services.
• Experience scaling high-growth fintech, blockchain, or payments companies in Brazil or Latin America.
• Experience balancing commercial growth with regulatory, operational, and ecosystem complexity.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-border work and familiarity with Slack, macOS, and GSuite.
