Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco Bay Area or New York City

Salary: $260,000 – $300,000 + equity

What you will do

• Develop full-stack features from API design through backend logic to polished UI.
• Build backend systems for agent task execution, session management, and real-time event streams.
• Craft responsive frontend interfaces for Devin and Windsurf to make complex agent behavior approachable.
• Integrate new model capabilities into the product in collaboration with researchers and infra engineers.
• Optimize API latency, backend correctness, and UI consistency to raise the bar on performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python for building reliable, well-structured APIs and services at scale.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React for building fast, accessible, and maintainable interfaces.
• Experience at a frontier AI lab, applied AI company, or developer tools company.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a top-tier university.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.
