Business Systems Analyst (SaaS)

Business Systems Analyst (SaaS/NetSuite): Designing and building out hirify.global’s Accounting systems landscape with an accent on corporate accounting, procurement, tax, and payroll. Focus on enhancing NetSuite integrations, administering procure-to-pay platforms, and scaling technology infrastructure for a public company standard.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid from San Francisco or New York hubs)

Salary: $105,000 - $202,000 USD

What you will do

• Monitor and triage support requests from Accounting and Finance teams via Slack and Asana.
• Provide end-user support in NetSuite, including saved searches, reporting, and minor customizations.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Corporate, and International Accounting partners on daily and month-end system needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, system changes, and known issues.
• Contribute to small-scale systems improvements and operational efficiency projects.

Requirements

• Background in Accounting or a related field with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• 3+ years of experience working with Accounting teams at a SaaS or tech company.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or supporting ZoneBilling, Stripe, Avalara, or Tesorio.
• Familiarity with Zip, Coupa, or similar procurement tools.
• Consulting experience in systems implementation or integrations.
• Exposure to accounting operations in a public or pre-IPO company environment.
