Salary: $142,086 – $293,774 per year

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians for substation projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across various design services and EPC programs.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and conduct research for equipment recommendations.
• Interface with clients to identify drivers, resolve concerns, and support business development.
• Provide technical leadership and perform complex engineering calculations for large-scale production teams.
• Oversee hiring, discipline, and pay administration for subordinates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
• Experience managing EPC or design services for substation projects for US investor-owned utilities.
• Strong understanding of layout design, relay protection & control, and civil/structural designs.
• P.E. License is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-growth technology-led arenas like generative AI computing data centers and gigafactories.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and industry standards.
• Working knowledge of the procurement process and contract administration.
