What you will do

• Lead the Access Management product team covering Authentication Protocols, MFA, Login Experience, and Customer Identity.
• Define, publish, and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, design, finance, and marketing to execute the vision of secure access for everyone.
• Analyze build, license, or buy opportunities and identify necessary investment levels to meet company goals.
• Monitor business impact, including ROI, pricing, and margins.
• Collaborate with developers and researchers to increase market awareness and deliver iterative customer value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology leadership directly managing people in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Deep expertise in access management products and technologies.
• Experience with developer acceleration frameworks such as SDKs, Quickstarts, and Reference implementations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse PM teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
