Staff Product Designer (AI): Designing systems for securing AI agents and identity primitives within the Auth0 org pillar with an accent on high-fidelity prototyping and developer-centric interfaces. Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Must attend in-person onboarding at the office the first week of employment.

Salary: $140,000 — $192,000 CAD

What you will do

• Prototype at volume using AI tools and code to explore dozens of directions and validate solutions fast.
• Design directly within the React and Next.js codebase to refine components and interactions in the live environment.
• Simplify complex authorization models, SDK patterns, and security flows into clear, precise interfaces.
• Raise the design craft and quality bar across the broader design organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing refined taste and aesthetics.
• Proven ability to prototype in the browser or write production code to achieve exact interaction requirements.
• An established AI practice and workflow integrated into daily design operations.
• Experience designing tools for developers, including APIs, CLIs, SDKs, and admin dashboards.
• Strong expertise in typography, intentional spacing, and polished micro-interactions.
