Compensation: $135,000 - $160,000 CAD

What you will do

• Streamline workflows to set up and tailor the AI Agent, accelerating time from launch to impact.
• Design intuitive ways for customers to identify gaps, test changes, and refine Agent behavior.
• Make complex AI systems approachable without deep expertise.
• Balance no-code configuration with hirify.globalptive AI for power and precision.
• Collaborate with developers, CX leaders, and end users for discovery, validation, and iteration.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear flows, models, and interactions to inform strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on complex, systems-driven products
• Strong interaction and visual design skills
• Systems thinker focused on patterns, behaviors, and modularity
• Comfortable in ambiguity, defining problem spaces
• Customer-obsessed, advocating for trust, clarity, and control
• Collaborative communicator using narrative and visuals
• Outcome-driven, measuring by experience clarity and customer impact
