Senior Product Designer (SaaS/PropertyTech): Own and deliver high-impact web experiences for procurement, sourcing, asset performance, and portfolio analytics with an accent on information-dense dashboards, workflows, and AI-powered interfaces. What you will do

• Own a product area end-to-end, from problem framing and discovery to delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Work backwards from customer problems, run pragmatic research, and synthesize insights into scalable solutions.
• Design high-quality web experiences including flows, information architecture, interaction models, and polished UI for data-dense interfaces.
• Shape AI-assisted experiences with agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and voice interactions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Design Leadership to align on roadmap, trade-offs, and design standards.
• Measure impact using qualitative and quantitative signals and iterate based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5–8 years experience designing and shipping web-based SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products at scale.
• Strong product judgment, end-to-end ownership, and portfolio demonstrating measurable impact.
• Experience with data-dense interfaces like dashboards, tables, filters, and reporting tools.
• Systems thinking across workflows, roles, permissions, and data models.
• Fluency with Figma, prototyping, design systems, and modern workflows.
• Clear communication and ability to work across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI-assisted product experiences and agentic/conversational UX.
• Voice interaction design or multimodal inputs.
• Background in marketplaces, procurement, operations, or analytics platforms.
• Design engineering techniques or use of AI-driven design tools.
