Salary: $258,000 — $355,000 USD

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Identity Security to ensure continued market leadership.
• Lead the delivery of the security product roadmap in collaboration with architecture, engineering, and design.
• Engage with customers to capture detailed requirements for identity-centric threats, access control, and network security.
• Partner with product marketing to define go-to-market strategies, pricing, and packaging for security offerings.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and identify new product opportunities to expand the security portfolio.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record in strategic vision and design for security-focused products (Threat Protection, Threat Intelligence, SaaS/Network Security).
• Experience creating new product offerings, including GTM strategy, pricing, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring early-career product managers.

• Advanced degree in a technical or business field.
• Deep knowledge of IAM and cybersecurity frameworks/best practices.
• Experience managing multi-tenant SaaS security software products.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and threat detection standards.
