What you will do

• Lead the development of a unified, scalable OOBE solution for hirify.global's entire device portfolio, including Alexa, Fire TV, and Kindle.
• Define and build frameworks and standards to be adopted across multiple product lines.
• Collaborate with data engineering, science, and BI teams to identify and implement improvements to the setup experience.
• Drive the communication, coordination, and execution of a long-term, multi-year product vision.
• Present strategic initiatives and project outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product or program management, technology, or business development.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of owning roadmap strategy and feature delivery.
• Deep experience in technical product management and contributing to engineering strategy decisions.
• Must be based in Denver, CO, USA.
