What you will do

• Monitor developer conversations on X, Reddit, and Hacker News to identify emerging security trends and Auth0 mentions.
• Act as the primary voice for Auth0 in real-time technical discussions, building an authentic and followed presence.
• Systematically route developer pain points, feature requests, and criticism to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Produce rapid-response technical content, including threads, short posts, and lightweight explainers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape launch strategies and positioning based on community signals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in developer advocacy, DevRel, or community-facing technical roles.
• Established and active social presence on X and other developer-centric platforms.
• Technical credibility in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, authentication flows, and API design.
• Exceptional written English with a natural, non-corporate voice suited for social media.
• Ability to assess trends and ship sharp, technically honest content within hours.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Experience creating short-form technical video content and walkthroughs.
• Existing network within the JavaScript, full-stack, or security communities.
