What you will do

• Support the regional marketing team with program planning, promotions, and logistics.
• Coordinate marketing events, including sponsorships, webinars, and roundtables.
• Communicate with Marketing and Sales teams across the APAC time zone.
• Analyze and report on the overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns based on KPIs.
• Build registration pages and generate reports using CRM/Salesforce.
• Liaise with external event agencies and internal design teams.

Requirements

• Must be a university student in their final year of study.
• Based in Sydney, Australia for onsite work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deeply organized and detail-oriented with a self-starter attitude.
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
