What you will do
- Recruit and scale global affiliate partnerships across comparison platforms, review sites, and digital publishers.
- Migrate partners from CPL, CPC, and upfront-fee models to CPA-preferred profitability structures.
- Develop strategies to maintain and grow presence within AI-powered comparison and discovery tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity).
- Manage the end-to-end delivery and governance of marketing assets for partners via centralized repositories.
- Design and implement advanced tracking architectures and attribution models to optimize spend and justify placements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to report on revenue, conversion cohorts, and LTV.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in digital/affiliate marketing or performance partnerships with measurable revenue responsibility.
- Proven track record working with financial publishers like NerdWallet, Forbes Advisor, or Finder.
- Expertise in negotiating CPA, rev-share, and hybrid commercial structures aligned to unit economics.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating traffic quality, fraud signals, and incremental lift.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia for a hybrid work arrangement.

- Familiarity with FX, fintech, or financial services.
- Experience with DAM or partner portal solutions for asset management.
