What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s Growth Lab and the signal-based demand engine.
• Develop scalable growth plays by identifying high-value business triggers and intent signals.
• Lead global target account strategy, optimizing identification and prioritization using firmographic and technographic data.
• Build the architectural frameworks and activation models to operationalize signals across ABM, digital, and sales-led motions.
• Partner with regional sales and marketing operations to embed growth motions into GTM execution.
• Establish success metrics and use data to refine programs and improve ROI.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in growth and demand generation within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in signal-based marketing, intent data, and account-level indicators.
• Fluency with the modern growth stack, including Clay, 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, and Common Room.
• Proven track record of building repeatable demand programs that drive measurable pipeline impact.
• Strong leadership skills to manage high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• BS/BA degree required.
