What you will do

• Design production-ready UI for web applications, covering full flows, interactions, and edge cases.
• Translate loose requirements into structured, thoughtful end-to-end solutions.
• Challenge unclear directions and propose strategic solutions to align with business goals.
• Identify gaps in user flows and components to maintain rigorous consistency across the product ecosystem.
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity implementation.

Requirements

• Mastery of visual design fundamentals, including layout, spacing, typography, and hierarchy.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality, production-ready web interfaces.
• Ability to map complex user journeys and end-to-end flows.
• Strong product thinking to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs.
• Location: Must be based in Latin America (LatAm).

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced, multi-pod, or rapidly scaling organizations.
• Practical experience contributing to or maintaining shared design systems.
• Familiarity with designing for data-heavy or insights-driven platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude) for prototyping and ideation.
