What you will do

• Champion design thinking and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to define requirements and identify user needs
• Design end-to-end experiences, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile
• Use qualitative/quantitative research and analytics to guide decisions and improve user experience
• Contribute to design system evolution, governance, critiques, and documentation
• Align designs with business goals and product strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with strong portfolio of end-to-end UX/UI work
• Human-centered design principles, web/mobile apps, design systems
• Lead/execute medium-large initiatives, user research (discovery/validation)
• Analytics/behavioral data for decisions, cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication/storytelling for design presentations

Nice to have

• Experience in B2C eCommerce or B2B SaaS
• Front-end knowledge (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
• Design Thinking workshops/Sprints
• Self-management in fast-paced settings
